Nick Galante Dominates TRG Porsche Test At New Jersey Motorsports Park October 27th 2010

After a wet and exciting test day At New Jersey Motorsports Park, Nick Galante is selected and offered a spot on the TRG 2011 Porsche Team set to compete in the Grand-Am Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge.

For Nick Galante, an upcoming pro in the sportscar ranks, this was another opportunity to get some valuable seat time.

"Fantastic experience!" exclaimed Galante. "I felt really comfortable in the car right from the start. I feel I can win within this series "

For Team Owner Kevin Buckler, the Advanced Driver Academy provides not only an opportunity for a driver to develop, but also an opportunity for the team to find its next proven winner. In the last three seasons of professional racing, TRG has provided no less than 20 drivers with their first opportunity to race professionally and 8 of them have posted race victories in the GRAND-AM and The American Le Mans Series, including: Ted Ballou, Steve Bertheau, Bob Doyle, Duncan Ende, Tim George Jr., John Potter, Henri Richard and Scott Schroeder.

"Getting the opportunity to meet so many new and talented prospects is an exciting opportunity," stated Buckler. "We pride ourselves on having the most professional and motivated group in the business, and I hope everyone received a taste of it that day. I personally enjoy working with each and every one of these guys and it puts a real smile on my face to see them advance through the ranks. We're really enjoying our relationship here with New Jersey Motorsports Park, and I think this is a great way to show just what TRG's driver development program in conjunction with our plans for new facility at TRG East can do."
